Preseason Terms
All Shops Placing
Preseason Orders Must:
- Have a wholesale account set up with RepYourWater. New accounts can be set up through RepYourWater directly (orders@repyourwater.com) or through our regional reps.
- Place preseason orders using the Online EOF. No phone orders or orders in the body of an email will be accepted.

Order Information:
- Orders due to RepYourWater on or before October 5, 2026 to qualify for discounts and terms as outlined here.

– Holiday Order: 11/2/2026–12/11/2026
– First 2027: No earlier than February 16, 2027
– Last 2027: No later than July 31, 2027

Authorized Discount Periods
As an exception to North Point Brands’ MAP Policy, RepYourWater dealers are authorized to advertise and promote current in-line RepYourWater products at prices below MAP/MSRP during the following periods. Marketing and advertising during these promotional periods may be in-store and online through the dealer’s own direct e-commerce website, email list, and social media platforms. Discounts are strictly forbidden via third party websites (ex. Amazon.com, eBay, etc.).
• May 20-31, 2027 – a 2-week period coinciding with Memorial Day and Graduation
• November 15 through November 29, 2026 – a 2-week period coinciding with the core holiday shopping season
The Fine Print:
- When an order will not ship in full, a backorder will be kept on by default. This will show on the invoice in the form of quantity shipped.
- If an item is discontinued it will be canceled off the order.
- Hat orders require minimum 3 per SKU per ship date. We will automatically increase any lower quantities to 3.
- Edits to preseasons are subject to product availability and are only accepted 20 days or more prior to ship date.
- Cancellation of a preseason that is more than 15% of the original order will result in loss of full discount amounts.
- Orders that are sent back or rejected after shipping will result in a restocking fee of up to 20% of the invoice amount.
- Seasonal product inventory not guaranteed.
- Cancellation or alteration of preseason orders may result in a reduction of discounts and/or terms.
- Failure to pay on time will result in loss of discount on future orders and a late fee of 5% accruing every 2 weeks past due date starting at 7 days late.
- The price tiers that determine terms are for orders shipping in Spring 2027.
- All orders are subject to North Point Brand's Account Application, Dealer Terms & Conditions and MAP Policy which can be provided upon request.
- All ship dates will ship +/- 3 business days from scheduled order.

The flagship custom program at RepYourWater is our custom performance hoody offering. Custom sun hoodies are sublimated in-house at our warehouse in Erie, Colorado by our small, dedicated team. Sublimation offers durable, detailed, full color graphics without compromising the breathability of the hoody as would a standard screenprint. You can feel good knowing you are getting these printed right here in the U.S.A. with great attention to detail.
